JDIFF Premiere

We premiered the film 19.02.12 at the Jameson Dublin International Film Festival.  We had a sold out screening of 350+ at Screen 9 in Cineworld.  There was a great atmosphere and it was mind blowing to see the film on such a huge screen.  The crowd really enjoyed it and there was skaters of all generations there and importantly many non skaters.  Afterwards the festival had arranged a Q+A with Joel Conroy (Dir of surf movie ‘Waveriders’ amongst other things).  Very nice guy and we had some great discussions afterward.  Major thanks to JDIFF, Philip Kelly, Liam Ryan and of course Grainne Humphries

One Response to JDIFF Premiere

  1. Hey guys, my name’s Feargal Moore and I’m from Cavan. I just heard about you’re film today through youtube and I would love to see it and maybe even host a screening in Cavan Storm Cinema. Back in the early 2000s there was a big skateboarding crowd in Cavan but in recent years it is a rarity to see a kid with a board. If i can guarantee numbers would you be willing to let us show your film? I really can’t wait to see it.

    Peace!
